The blades shattered and created a lot of foreign material.

Don - thanks for taking the time to leave your comments - subsequent follow-up with you revealed you actually never saw this happen and it was reported to you that the blades "shattered" which I can tell you is 100% not possible - we have shipped millions of blades over the years and our blades don't shatter - they can snap and break like traditional blades, but what you've listed is not possible / not correct - per this video here: https://youtu.be/ymsySoInUew Additionally, our attempts to send our sales person to your facility to educate your team and help you implement the tools were rejected from your side.
