Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We will accept merchandise returns within 30 days of purchase and will issue a credit or refund at the time of return. In order to qualify for a return, the product must be in it’s original packaging and undamaged. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Credits or refunds issued will be for the item value plus taxes charged per item. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

To return a product, please email us at [email protected] to receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number). We recommend that you (a) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (b) either insure your package for safe return to Dentec Safety or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to do either of the above, you will be considered responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipment.

Damaged Merchandise

If you believe that your product is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Our customer service team will work with you to ship, at our expense, another of the same product.
