Slice™ ships exclusively with FedEx to make sure your order gets to you on time. We offer a variety of shipping methods to meet your needs, including:
- Standard Ground Shipping: delivers within 5 to 8 business days after shipping
- 2-Day Shipping: delivers within 2 business days after shipping
- Standard Overnight : delivers within 1 business day after shipping
- Priority Overnight : delivers the next morning
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before you complete your order. You can also see shipping costs on the Order Acknowledgment email and on online. If you order multiple items, you may receive separate shipments. You will receive a Shipment Notification email for each shipment with tracking information, if available. Shipping fees for the entire order will be charged when your first item is shipped. Shipping costs do not include any customs/duties fees.
Signature on Delivery
Once your order has prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. Most of our shipments contain valuable items, so our carriers are required to obtain a signature upon delivery. Please note that the carrier makes three delivery attempts before returning your package to Slice, Inc. Anyone over the age of eighteen at the designated shipping address can sign for the package. You can also sign to release your shipment to your address, an immediate neighbor, or a building manager.
Shipping Locations & Restrictions
The Slice Online Store ships items only within the United States and Canada. No shipments can be made to PO Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States or Canada. The Slice Online Store does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order.

Challenges With Your Shipment
